This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Individual Entrepreneur Ramaeva Svetlana Shamilyevna (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

Basic information: Spiritual name, date of birth, country, city, spiritual status.
Data about the spiritual path (related to religious/philosophical beliefs): Date of taking the Creed/Refuge, practice goals, information about practice in other traditions, assessment of the level of practice, presence of spiritual or mystical experiences, information about participation in community events.
Data on education, skills, and health: Education, specialty, profession, skills, information about service, as well as a subjective assessment of one's health status.
Feedback data: Information about the desire to select an instructor, receive a consultation from a monk, or enroll in training.
By providing such data, the User gives separate and explicit consent to its processing, including its cross-border transfer and storage on the Operator's servers, and confirms that they are making this data publicly available to the Operator and (in the case of appropriate privacy settings) to other community members for the purpose of receiving spiritual guidance.

2.4. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User and assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient information.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Collection and Processing

3.1. Personal data specified in clause 2.1 is processed for the following purposes:

Execution of the offer agreement: providing access to courses, subscriptions, books, and other Site services.
Identification of the User and providing access to the Personal Account.
Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and processing requests.
Providing sales receipts and processing payments through payment systems (including YooKassa).

3.2. The data specified in clause 2.2 is processed for the purpose of improving the Site's performance, analysis, and traffic statistics.

3.3. Data from the expanded Questionnaire (clause 2.3), including special categories of PD, is processed exclusively with the explicit consent of the User and for the following purposes:

For providing support in spiritual development, including the selection of an instructor or organizing a consultation with a monk at the User's request.

4. Legal Grounds and Processing Conditions

4.1. The legal grounds for PD processing are:

The User's consent to the processing of their personal data, including its cross-border transfer, expressed by checking the checkbox during registration, payment, or filling out the Questionnaire.
Execution of the contract (User Agreement) to which the User is a party.
Requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect it from unauthorized access.

4.3. The Operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to another person with the User's consent, if necessary for the performance of the contract. The User agrees that to ensure the Site's functionality, protection against DDoS attacks, and database storage, the Operator may use the computing capacities of the hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Federal Republic of Germany).

4.4. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of Germany is carried out. Germany is a country that provides adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects (it is a party to the Council of Europe Convention). Cross-border transfer is carried out for the purpose of executing the contract (User Agreement) and providing the User with access to the Site's services.

4.5. The User's personal data may be transferred to third parties only in cases directly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as to the payment service "YooKassa" or "Stripe" for the purpose of conducting a payment under the contract.

4.6. PD storage is carried out no longer than required by the purposes of their processing, and they are subject to destruction upon achievement of these purposes or in the event of the User's withdrawal of consent to processing.

5. User Rights

5.1. The User has the right to:

Receive information regarding the processing of their PD.
Request clarification of their PD, its blocking, or destruction.
Withdraw their consent to PD processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent for the processing of data necessary for the performance of the contract may result in the impossibility of providing the Services.
Exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version of the Policy shall come into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
