The Bhajan Mandala of the world community informs about the release of a new musical work "Guru Deva". The work is the result of a collaboration between the musical groups Sangita and SatSound, specializing in the authentic performance of traditional Indian music.
The project brought together professional musicians and vocalists to create a soundscape that adheres to the canons of temple performance.
"Nada (sound) is Brahman. The whole world consists of Nada. He who practices Nada-upasana worships Nada-Brahman, Vishnu, and Shiva themselves." — Sangita Ratnakara, 1.3
The composition "Guru Deva" belongs to the category of Guru-bhakti — works glorifying the principle of spiritual mentorship. In the Sanatana Dharma tradition, the Guru is viewed not as a person, but as a principle that dispels the darkness of ignorance (gu — darkness, ru — light), as established in the "Guru Gita" (a text from the Skanda Purana).

Significance for Spiritual Practice
The dissemination of sacred music in the modern world serves the function of Dharma-prachara (preaching of Dharma). Listening to and repeating the names of God purifies the mental space (chitta-shuddhi) and tunes the mind to sattvic vibrations.
We invite researchers of the tradition, followers, and all interested persons to listen to the composition "Guru Deva".
Available formats of engagement:
Shravana (Listening): The composition is available on all major streaming platforms.
Seva (Service): Saving to personal playlists and sharing the link contributes to the popularization of high standards of spiritual music.
Video Clip
Along with the audio release, a professional music video has been presented, visualizing sacred imagery and the process of kirtan performance. The video serves as a supporting tool for concentration (dharana) during listening.
"Om Namo Guru Deva" — Salutations to the Divine Teacher.
