Here is the Path,

to fly

together with the wind,

To become

a drop of dew

in silence,

Walking on the rainbow,

to float with the clouds,

In the night sky

simply become

a flash of light,

And as a stellar nebula

eternally soar

among the abyss

of the Universe...

The True Fruit of the Path:
Who Will You Become Upon Reaching the Goal?
Having completed all 16 stages, you will not simply become "the best version of yourself." You will transcend the human condition and realize your divine nature.

The Fruit of Teaching is becoming a God-Human (Deva Manushya), a Mandalesvara — the Lord of your own reality.

This means:

Creating Your Own Universe (Mandala)
Creating Your Own Universe (Mandala)

You cease to be a passive inhabitant of someone else's world, subject to its laws. You become a Creator who, through the power of your consciousness, generates your own world—a pure dimension where reality is governed by your will (iccha-shakti).

Living in the State of Play (Lila)
Living in the State of Play (Lila)

You transcend the power of the law of karma. Your actions become a spontaneous, unmotivated manifestation of the Absolute, like the dance of a deity.

Immortality and Multi-embodiment
Immortality and Multi-embodiment

You overcome the limitations associated with death and gain the ability to exist in many bodies and realities simultaneously.

Personal History
Personal History

You step out of the "collective history" of samsara and begin to create your own unique history of consciousness.

This path is not fantasy, but a practical realization of the highest assertion of Vedic philosophy:

"Aham Brahmasmi" — "I am the Absolute"

How to start practice
Plan for the first three weeks
Here is a simple and gentle plan to begin your spiritual journey.

The main thing here is not to try to grasp all the subtleties at once, but to take these first steps with sincerity and consistency.

They are designed to lay a solid foundation for your practice and gently prepare your consciousness for a deeper transformation.

Laying the Foundation — Awareness

Week 1

Goal:

To move from vague dissatisfaction to a clear understanding of one's starting point. To see the limitations of the samsaric vision and kindle a sincere desire to find a way out.

Analytical meditation (15-20 minutes):

Reflecting on the Four Fundamental Reminders. Spend 5 minutes on each topic, not just thinking, but deeply feeling its connection to your life: The preciousness of human birth:
"I have a unique opportunity for spiritual growth. How am I using it?" Impermanence and death: "Everything I have is temporary. My time is limited. What am I spending it on?" The law of karma: "My thoughts, words, and actions today create my tomorrow. What seeds am I planting?" The suffering of samsara: "Why doesn't the pursuit of pleasure bring long-term happiness? What is the true cause of my suffering?"

Additional Recommendations:

  • Start keeping a spiritual journal: Write down your thoughts and insights that come to you during reflection. This will help you track your progress.
  • Try to reduce your consumption of entertainment content (social media, news, TV shows) by 1-2 hours a day and dedicate this time to reading introductory articles on the website.
  • Listen to satsangs: Play the Guru's lectures in the background. Even if you don't understand everything, you will attune to the energy of the Teaching.

Entering the Tradition — Search and Meeting

Week 2

Goal:

Transition from a chaotic search to a focused interaction with the Teaching, the Teacher, and the community (sangha). Establish the first conscious connection, which is a preparation for spiritual transmission.

Daily practice (20–25 minutes):

Continue your reflections (10 minutes): Choose one of the four topics that resonated most with you last week and delve deeper into it. Loving-kindness meditation (10-15 minutes): Sit in silence and sincerely wish happiness first to yourself, then to your loved ones, then to strangers, and finally to all living beings. This practice opens the heart.

Practices in everyday life:

  • Service (Seva): Find a way to be useful in the community. This can be simple help in organizing events, cleaning the dharma center, or online service. Selfless service purifies the ego and creates good karma.
  • Taking Refuge: Carefully study the main principles of the Teaching presented on the website. To "take" them means agreeing to consider them as a working hypothesis for your spiritual research.
  • Questioning: Based on the studied "Symbol of Faith", formulate 1-2 profound questions and ask them during a consultation, on the forum, or to our AI consultant Vidya, directly on the website. The ability to ask correctly is the key to gaining knowledge.

Building Sadhana — Preparation for Transmission

Week 3

Goal:

Create a regular personal practice (sadhana) that calms the mind, purifies the subtle body, and develops concentration. This makes you receptive to receiving deeper teachings and direct transmission of vision.

Daily Practice (30 minutes):

Upasana (5 minutes): Choose an image of a God or saint that is close to you (Ishta-devata). Begin your practice by addressing him, lighting a candle or incense. This develops devotion (bhakti). Mantra Recitation (108 times, ~10-15 minutes): Use prayer beads and repeat a basic mantra, for example, "Om Namah Shivaya". Focus on the sound of the mantra, returning your mind to it each time it gets distracted.

Prostrations (5-10 minutes)

Perform from 3 to 12 full prostrations before the altar or the image of the Teacher. This practice subdues pride and expresses reverence for the highest principle.

Additional Recommendations:

  • Create a place for practice: Designate a clean and quiet corner in your home where you won't be disturbed. Regular practice in the same place creates a powerful energetic field.
  • Master simple pranayama: Learn the technique of alternate breathing (nadi-shodhana). Perform 5-7 cycles before meditation to balance energy and calm the mind.
  • Express your intention: If you feel a deep connection with the Teacher and tradition, you can formally express your desire to become a student. This is an important step that shows your seriousness and opens the doors to receiving Transmission (Stage 5).

Answers to your questions about the Path
How long does it take to complete all 16 stages? +
It depends on your previous karma, the purity of your samaya, your determination, and diligence in practice. For some, this path may take years; for others, several lifetimes. What matters is not speed, but the quality and depth of passing through each stage. You cannot skip a stage without fully mastering it, just as you cannot build a second floor without a solid first floor.
What should I do if I'm "stuck" on a particular stage? +
Stagnation is a natural part of the journey, indicating the need to strengthen one's foundation. If you feel you are not progressing, return to the basics: sincere service (seva), Guru Yoga practice, and inquiring of the Teacher. Often, to overcome a barrier, it is necessary to pay attention to specific practices. For example, for the "Tempering" stage, retreats in places of power may be needed to work with subconscious fears, and for "Nurturing" — active integration into community life.
Can I walk this path without a Teacher? +
In the tradition of Laya Yoga and Sahajia, the Teacher (Guru) plays a key role. The teaching is transmitted not just through texts, but through a direct transmission of vision and energy from Teacher to student (shaktipath). Without the guidance of a Master who has already walked this path, the seeker risks getting lost in their own concepts, misinterpreting their experience, or mistaking the false for the true. The Teacher is not just an instructor, but a conduit of divine power (Anugraha-shakti) who helps you recognize your own nature.
Isn't the goal of becoming a "God-Creator" a manifestation of ego? +
This is a very important question. The goal is not to inflate your small, personal ego (ahamkara), but to completely dissolve it. The path to the state of the Creator lies through accepting the "Great Decision" to enter into non-action, where "not I, but You". The status of "God-Creator" or "Mandaleshvara" is not a personal ambition, but a natural manifestation of your true nature when you realize your identity with the Absolute (Brahman). This is a transition from the limited "I — body" to the boundless "I — the Almighty".
Do I need to make effort in practice or just "be in the flow"? +
The path consists of different stages. In the initial stages, total, though refining, efforts are required: in concentration, meditation, study, service. These efforts are necessary to calm the mind and prepare it to receive the transmission. States of effortlessness, such as "non-doing" (stage 8) or "play" (stage 13), are the fruit, not the method. Trying to "play" without having gone through the stages of discipline and tempering is a common mistake that leads to self-deception.
What exactly does "create your own mandala" mean? Is it a real world or just imagination?
