From October 8 to 11, 2026, a festival of yoga and Advaita will take place in Çıralı, on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast. The program includes lectures, practical sessions, time for individual practice, and opportunities for participants united by an interest in the traditions of yoga and non-dual knowledge to connect with one another.
Çıralı is a small settlement in Antalya Province, located in the historic region of Lycia. Its secluded natural setting creates favorable conditions for focused practice, the study of Advaita’s philosophical principles, and attentive engagement with inner discipline.
Program Led by Swamini Aravindini Giri
On October 9–10, sessions will be held under the guidance of Swamini Aravindini Giri.
Lecture
“Advaita and Life: How to Apply the Absolute Perspective in Relative Life”
Advaita Vedanta—from the Sanskrit advaita vedānta, “the conclusion of the Veda affirming non-duality”—is a philosophical tradition. In classical Indian philosophy, Advaita regards Brahman as the ultimate reality, while the distinction between the knower, knowledge, and the known is treated as a subject of spiritual inquiry.
The lecture will examine how an understanding of non-duality relates to practice, responsibility, discipline, and the circumstances of everyday life.
Practice
Kriya Kundalini Yoga
The practice is aimed at strengthening discipline, developing sustained attention, and purifying the subtle-body channels in accordance with the terminology of the yogic tradition. In classical sources, such methods are not considered in isolation, but in connection with ethical preparation, control of the senses, meditation, and the gradual deepening of self-knowledge.

Students who practice in our tradition and are undergoing the established training process will have the opportunity to take part in a qualifying retreat from October 8 to 10 in Çıralı under the guidance of Swamini Aravindini Giri.
