Practical seminar by monk Ramanatha on the topic: "Kundalini, Chakras, Contemplation" will take place on April 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM Rome time.
In the tradition of classical yoga and tantra, the concept of Kundalini (Sanskrit: kuṇḍalinī — "coiled") denotes a fundamental aspect of static cosmic energy residing within the human organism.
According to canonical texts such as the "Hatha Yoga Pradipika" and the "Shiva Samhita," the awakening of this energy is a necessary condition for achieving the state of samadhi and realizing the supreme potential of consciousness.
The term Chakra (Sanskrit: cakra — "wheel", "circle") describes psycho-energetic centers in the subtle body (sukshma-sharira), which act as nodes where the nadi channels intersect.
The Shat-chakra-yoga system (yoga of the six centers) represents a centuries-old science of internal energy management aimed at purifying consciousness and achieving psychophysical balance.
The upcoming training seminar is the eleventh in a cycle of practical sessions conducted by monk Ramanatha — an authorized preceptor following the lineage of succession (parampara) within the tradition of Sanatana Dharma.
The preceptor's activity is aimed at preserving authentic methods of contemplation and yogic discipline, adapted for in-depth study in modern conditions without losing the sacred root.
The methodology of the seminar is based on the principles of Advaita Vedanta and classical Raja Yoga, where physical exercises (kriyas) serve only as a preparatory stage for entering the "naked natural state" (sahaja-sthiti) — supportless awareness free from conceptual overlays.
Seminar Program
The training is structured in accordance with the classical "from outer to inner" approach:
Introduction to the discipline: Theoretical foundation of the practice.
Shat-chakra-yoga kriya: A technological complex for the purification and activation of the six main energy centers.
Methods of natural contemplation: The practice of direct entry into the state of awareness.
Chankramanam (Contemplative walking): Integration of the meditative state into movement using sankalpas.
Yogic self-regulation: Principles of harmonizing the life force (prana) to maintain health and vitality.
Marma-relaxation (61 points): Deep relaxation through sequential concentration on the nodal points of the body.
Sadhu-samvada: Q&A session with participants within the framework of a philosophical dispute.
