On Sunday, August 23, at 10:00 a.m. Rome time (UTC+2), a preparatory meeting will be held for those preparing to enroll in either full-time or remote monastic training. The meeting will be led by Swamini Advaitavadini Giri.
The initiation ceremony itself will be held centrally on September 1—for both full-time and remote students. By that date, the main preparatory matters should be resolved and the necessary conditions for the chosen form of training should be in place. This is why the meeting has been scheduled in advance for August 23: it will provide an opportunity to assess your readiness, clarify the necessary steps, and complete in time anything that remains unfinished.

The latter is no obstacle. You may attend and listen without any obligation; sannyasa is not something anyone is pressured into.
